Where to Begin

Looking to become a pilot? These are the best places to start.

Trial Introductory Flight

The best place to start – Our Trial Introductory Flight (TIF) is your opportunity to jump into the cockpit under the supervision of an experienced flight instructor. You’ll take the controls in your hands and get a feel for what a future of flying could be.

Recreational Pilot Licence (RPL)

When you learn to fly, the Recreational Pilot Licence (RPL) is the first qualification in your flight training. It will allow you to fly for leisure purposes and is your first pilot licence.

Private Pilot License (PPL)

Having completed the RPL, the next step is to get your Private Pilot Licence and earn the ability to fly further distances with more passengers.

Advanced Flight Training

Further your skills and gain additional Licences, Ratings and Endorsements. We have Flight Examiners in our Instructing team that can examine all of these courses, meaning you can do all stages of your training in-house at RVAC.

Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL)
