Study in Australia for international students is strictly controlled by the Department of Education, Skills & Employment (DESE), under the ESOS Act, and the Department of Home Affairs (DoHA). All education providers and courses offered must be included in the Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students (CRICOS).
