Student Support and Wellbeing Services

At the Royal Victorian Aero Club, we are committed to prioritising the safety, health and wellbeing of our students.
We recognise that a career in aviation can be both demanding and stressful, and that access to appropriate support services can play a vital role in a student’s success.
To support our students, we have compiled a list of local external services that may provide valuable assistance across a range of needs.

Student Support and Wellbeing Form

The Student Support and Wellbeing Form is an important tool designed to help ensure that every student feels supported, heard, and empowered during their time with us.

Students are encouraged to use this form to share any concerns they may be experiencing — whether academic, personal, emotional, or practical — as well as to request any support they might need. This can include anything from mental health and wellbeing to study assistance, housing issues, or challenges impacting your learning.

The form also serves as a way for the Royal Victorian Aero Club team to formally record any concerns we may have identified, and to document the steps we’ve taken to provide support or refer you to the appropriate services.

By using this form, we can work together to make sure you’re accessing the help you need and that your wellbeing remains a priority throughout your journey here.

If you’re unsure whether your concern “fits” the form, please know: if it matters to you, it matters to us. We’re here to help.
