This subject is available to all candidates but is suited mostly to those who have already obtained a PPL and want to continue on with CPL training.
Once the delivery is completed and you have undertaken sufficient self-study, you will be ready to sit the CFPA exam.
CPL Operation, Performance and Flight Planning explores the weight and balance of aircraft and how this affects aircraft performance. Take off and landing charts of all kinds are covered, along with calculations of specific ground range, climbs and descents and other metrics are considered in this course.
What happens after applying/what materials do I need?
You will need to bring standard classroom stationary including a workbook with pens, pencils, an aviation ruler and a basic calculator. You will also need a Flight Computer (we recommend the ASA E6B Flight Computer) and a copy of the Bob Tait Performance text book.
