Our Application Process
Once you’ve applied to be part of the Aero Club and purchased your membership we’ll be in touch within 48 hours to finalise your membership documentation. The whole process usually takes a couple of business days. During this time, your membership status is pending. You will have provisional access to the membership platform and benefits, including flying discounts.
After we review your documentation and your application is approved by the Board of Directors at the next board meeting (usually the last Wednesday of each month), you will have full membership rights.
If your nomination has been successful, you will receive a welcome email confirming your membership, access credentials to our member portal and a Royal Victorian Aero Club membership card, which will be sent to your nominated address via mail.
In the rare event of an unsuccessful application, you will be refunded 100% of your fee.
